Reporting to the Mechanical & Electrical Services Directors, Managing Director Workplace Build and the Head of Workplace Build. You will be responsible for supporting the Mechanical and Electrical Services Directors and the wider team, to ensure the smooth running of operational and office related matters.

Your main responsibilities will include:
 •  Providing support to the M&E services director as the wider team
 •  Managing the office to ensure highest standards of presentation ensuring that all Front of House areas are well presented, clean and tidy at all times
 •  Raising purchase orders
 •  Manage stock of all corporate and general stationery
 •  Training and induction of new starters
You will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience in an office manager or office coordinator position. You will have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and experience with Bluebeam Revu PDF software for combining and creating PDF documents.
You will be highly organised, committed and flexible and be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
