Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Conduct site visits and assist with measurement and valuation of work done
Assist in analyzing project costings and monitoring project progress
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
Support the Quantity Surveying team in various administrative tasks and project-related dutiesRequirements:
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards work
