Innovate Recruitment Ltd is growing rapidly and we are in search of individuals who have Recruitment experience and are looking for a new opportunity within recruitment.
As a Recruiter your purpose will be:
• To work proactively with candidates helping them fulfil their career potential.
• Build lasting, meaningful, and consultative relationships with clients and support them to hire talented people.
Your responsibilities as a Recruiter will be to:
• To deliver outstanding service, through Innovate’s core behaviours, high quality training and team commitment.
• Keep up to date with all market knowledge and trends in your market
• Actively engage in lead generation during calls with candidates and use to develop new business.
• To identify, open and develop new and existing client opportunities in a pro-active sales environment.
• To be a key player in helping to increasing Innovate’s penetration into the marketplace
• To exceed agreed sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates in and out of work with career opportunities.
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, social media and networking to attract and build new client relationships.
• Research and develop a deep understanding of companies and the sectors they operate in.
• Constantly develop your knowledge & skills.
• Utilise to full affect Innovates candidate databases.
• Support candidates with CV, interview preparation and offer stage.
• Organise and manage the interview and contract offer process for clients and candidates.
• To understand and remain up to date with relevant recruitment policies, laws and regulations
Your experience as a Recruiter:
• 18+ months experience of working within a fast-paced and demanding agency recruitment environment.
• A strong and proven track record in sales.
• Experience of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient, dynamic and highly proficient at multitasking.
