ABC Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to help cover a full time class teacher role in a Year 1/2 class at a primary school in Cannock, to start in September.
About the role
This role includes the following:
Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
Working on a full time basis.
PPA time will be allocated within these hours as well as support with planning, meaning extra-curricular work is left to a minimum.
This will be long term cover starting from the 8th of April and lasting until the end of the academic year.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS1 Teacher - September Start you will:
Be able to build a strong rapport with staff and pupils within a relatively short time span.
Have prior experience leading in a KS1 classroom environment.
Have prior knowledge on the phonics curriculum.
Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
Have a DBS on the update service / willing to obtain a new one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Previous experience working in a Primary School Setting.
