Position Overview: As an ECT/graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and receive tailored support and mentorship to develop your skills and confidence in the classroom. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

 •  Degree qualified
 •  PGCE/QTS
 •  Strong passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 •  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
 •  Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school environment.
