About HomeLink Healthcare

HomeLink Healthcare is a clinician-led, specialist Hospital at Home service provider. We believe that patients should have the choice to be treated at home rather than in a hospital. Our skilled and compassionate nursing and therapeutic teams deliver in-person care to NHS patients in the place they call home.

Working in partnership with NHS hospitals, consultants, community providers and GPs, our out-of-hospital care prevents some people being admitted to hospital and enables others to come home more quickly.

To apply for a fantastic opportunity to join our team, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be a resident. Please do not apply if you are not eligible to work in the UK. Please note that sponsorships are not available.

Ready to make the right choice for you and our patients? Find out more and apply.
