We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to guide, inspire, and lead a team in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

Position Overview: As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experiences of children in your care. Leading by example, you will oversee the operations of your assigned room, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes each child's individual development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your assigned room.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record-keeping for individual child development.
Ensure the room environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
Collaborate with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
