They require a dynamic Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a major commercial Shell & Core scheme in the heart of London.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strong background in mechanical engineering
Preparation of commissioning documents
Planning the development of the project and be responsible for any engineering issues.
Prepare estimates for labour costs, material costs and equipment costs to determine project budgets
Use the request for information system to communicate queries with the Design team.
Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are followed throughout the project
Ensure quality control is up to date through inspections and snagging
