The Role of Branch Manager:
• Successful development and management of customer base
• Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets
• Comply with company policies
• Motivate and train team to meet company standards
• Recruit and train staff
The Candidate:
• At least 3 years prior management experience within Electrical Wholesale
• Excellent communication and team management skills with the ability to motivate your team
• Lead by example
• Able to provide evidence of proven track record in delivering results and working towards KPI’s
• Can communicate effectively at all levels, with customers, suppliers and staff
Benefits:
-Competitive salary based on experience, £31k-£45k a year.
• Company car
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
