Are you looking for an exciting new permanent part-time role as a Receptionist / Events Coordinator? Would you like to work school hours Monday to Thursday? Would you like to work within a very successful, highly reputable and well-established company with an ambitious growth plan?

Working within a showroom environment, your duties as Part-time Receptionist / Events Coordinator will include:
Managing calendar appointment and coordinating visits
Promoting and hosting events
Covering reception and assisting with telephone calls
Serving food and drinks
Replenishing stock and materials
Supporting the board of Directors with travel arrangements when required
General administration
Ensuring the smooth operation of the facility
You will have:
Previous experience within reception, event management or a related field
Strong customer service and organisational skills
A confident and professional approach to your work
The ability to manage your time efficiently
Additionally, you will be well presented, proactive and have a flexible attitude.
