We are working with a unique restaurant in Fife who are looking for an excellent Chef de Partie to join their friendly team.
What you will get in your new role
• £27,000 - £28,500 per annum plus generous tips (approx. £2k per year)
• Delicious free meals on shift
• 40 hours a week falling between 9am-11pm, Tuesday-Saturday
• Opportunity to work in one of Scotland's most captivating venues
• Ongoing training and development support from accomplished chefs
Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie
• Conduct section operations to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation within your designated section.
• Present food creatively to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas to menu innovation and development.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace at all times.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Candidates should possess prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining setting, which is crucial for this role. We are seeking someone who is motivated, focused, flexible, and organised, with a deep passion for achieving excellence. The candidate should also demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and a willingness to follow guidance to consistently maintain high standards.
