About The Role
Night Care Team Leader - Competitive pay rate of £14.60 per hour + paid breaks.
Flexible hours including full time and part time
Includes alternate weekend working, we are not currently offering sponsorship
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Fairlawn, our purpose built residential and dementia care home based in the heart of the community in Ferndown, Dorset.

What you will be doing:
• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's
Who are we looking for: A natural leader within our caring profession!
We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
