The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c£70m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.
The Role:
Working between Reading and Brentwood(outer and Central London), you will be responsible for the servicing and reactive maintenance of gas boilers in commercial offices, residential blocks gyms, and data centres. You will also cover first line maintenance to general HVAC plant.
The Person: It is essential that you are a fully qualified commercial gas engineer.
The Salary: DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL PAID AT TIME AND A HALF
Basic £42,848 + 23 days holiday + 3%/5% pension + O/T rates of x 1.5 (£30.90) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£41.20) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
40 Hours per week
Company van and fuel card
Paid door to door travel at X1.5 (£30.90 / hour) - 30 mins travel each way equates to £8k on top of the basic , 1hr travel each way is £16k on top of basic .
