We are currently seeking an excited and vibrant Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community in High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support individual students or small groups with their academic and social development.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the classroom.
• Provide additional help to students with varying learning needs.
• Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of students.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
• A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Working Hours:
• This is a full-time position, during school hours (08:30 - 15:30). 5 days per school week (Monday to Friday).
Location:
• The role is based in High Wycombe.
