Location: Scottish Natural Heritage, Inverness
Working hours: Monday to Friday 1100 till 1500
Contract: Permanent - Part Time
Hourly Rate: £12.02

Your new role:

What you’ll do:

 •  Carrying out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions
 •  Carrying out planned janitorial maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence
 •  Supervising, developing and monitoring of all cleaning staff to ensure cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with contract conditions and agreed quality management procedures
 •  Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions
 •  Providing support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager

What you’ll need:

 •  Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working
 •  Awareness of COSHH regulations
