We are seeking to recruit an Administrative Support Assistant to assist in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the company’s farming and property operations and services through the provision of administration support. You will be based in our central operations office in Oswestry.
What will you be doing?
• Provide administration support to the Executive Team
• Work closely alongside the operations managers to maintain the smooth running of operations across the sites
• Meet and greet guests and visitors and provide refreshments and materials for meetings and events
• Carry out general office administration tasks
• Produce file notes from meetings
• Support accounts administration
• Maintain property & vehicle maintenance database and liaise with contractors to book routine maintenance tasks
• Liaise with insurance company over in-year requirements for cover
• Organise staff training and maintain training records
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
What will you need?
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, as well as email, internet and intranet
