Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager:
• Hold a current Nurse Pin or have 3 years Nursing Home Management experience
• Previous experience working in a large home
• Have worked within an elderly and dementia setting
• Complete understanding of CQC legislation and track record of achieving a Good outcome
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others and create a happy working environment
• Possess strong commercial acumen to ensure the company's long-term success
