Set in the idyllic Scottish highlands, this 5* hotel has an on-site leisure facility consisting of a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool, and fully equipped air-conditioned gymnasium.
As the Leisure/Health Club Manager, you will
• Manage the day to day operations
• Train and manage the team enabling them to provide the highest levels of customer service to guests
• Oversee and manage the cleanliness of all leisure facilities including pool testing
• Manage and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all leisure facilities
As our ideal candidate, you will be
• Experienced as a Leisure/Health Club Manager ideally within a 4/5* hotel environment
• A strong manager - able to lead and develop a team as well as hands on in all areas
• Excellent at communication and adapt at building a rapport with colleagues and guests
• Professional and organised with a friendly approach and be able to anticipate guests needs
• Lifeguard trained (desirable)
