Our client has gone through a very exciting period growth and a slight restructure to their finance team. Because of this, they need assistance clearing the backlog and dealing with the volume of work.
Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Investigate any unreconciled items
• Resolving queries
• Processing payments
• Actioning refunds
• Daily banking
• Allocating incoming cash
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
• Be immediately available
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have great communication skills
• Be able to adapt and multi-task
• Be able to commute to the Bournemouth office three times per week
