Team Assistant- Domestic Cleaning

A little about who we are and what we do: We are a small family owned cleaning company, we own the Molly Maid Harrow & Ruislip franchise which means we carry out domestic cleaning in peoples homes in and around Harrow, Ruislip, Pinner, Eastcote, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Denham to name but a few areas.
We have been running our business for 11 years now and have built up a good reputation within our community for a reliable and quality cleaning service with kind and reputable staff members. Many of our staff members have been with us from the very beginning and are now receiving their 9 and 10 year service pins!
Those that came after many are on their 6th/7th/8th year with us and we like to think that reflects how much we value our staff and how much effort we put in to making sure we have a happy team.

Who we need: We are looking for an experienced, confident, dedicated individual with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, to take on the role of domestic cleaning as a Route Assistant in one of our well established cleaning teams.
Your work will be carried out in a team of two or three and you will be paired up with one of our fully experienced route managers who you will work with daily and will train you to become a fully fledged Molly! As we are such a close knit team you will have the opportunity to get to know your team mates and customers and build long lasting working relationships throughout your time with Molly Maid which makes this role perfect for someone who not only has a passion for cleaning but who would also like the opportunity to be in a job that allows you to socialise with different people every day and also build close working relationships with your team mates.

A little about the role: We currently have a vacancy for a full time position and would like to hire someone with a passion for cleaning and a desire to achieve the highest of standards who also has a full, clean UK driving license and is available for work between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Please provide details in your application indicating whether you have a manual or automatic license and for how long your license has been held? We provide a company vehicle with this role and this is used to transport yourself and your team mate from clean to clean, however once your working day is done you are permitted to use the car during your personal time (with some reasonable restrictions) this makes this role ideal for someone who can drive but doesn't have their own vehicle.

We have an operating policy which is fairly unique to the cleaning industry in that we do not operate during evenings or weekends and only schedule our services Monday to Friday this allows our employees to work regular hours and still have time for themselves and their families during evenings and weekends.

The offered role is a fully employed position complete with contract and therefore you will benefit from 20 days paid annual leave plus all 8 bank holidays, enrollment into our company pension scheme and full time use of one of our company vehicles.

Previous experience in a professional cleaning role is preferred in either domestic cleaning or commercial cleaning. However full training of our Molly Maid cleaning methods will be provided and your training period will be set based on previous experience.

The successful candidate MUST have an excellent command of English and be able to communicate effectively as this position is customer facing and within peoples homes.
 •  Please Note: Due to the nature of our work the successful candidate will need to live locally to Harrow and the surrounding area- Candidates living in Hillingdon and Watford/Hertfordshire will also be considered.
