administrator with exceptional negotiation skills to manage contracts and correspondence with entertainment companies, ensuring
the smooth running of our events and performances. Collaborating closely with the Theatre Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you
will spearhead the administrative side of our operations, ensuring that contracts are secured and executed promptly and
efficiently. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, coupled with a proactive
approach to problem-solving. Your ability to cultivate enduring and efficient relationships with entertainment companies will be
key to your success in this role.
What We're Looking For:
In this dynamic position, you will take the lead in proactively managing contracts and correspondence with entertainment companies
for the Music, Entertainment, and Comedy programme at Exmouth Pavilion. Working alongside the Theatre General Manager, you will be
responsible for ensuring the timely execution of contracts and maintaining accurate records. Your strategic planning prowess and
proactive communication skills will be instrumental in securing the best deals and fostering long-term relationships.
Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Operations, Box Office, and Marketing, to ensure
seamless event execution. As a leader in administrative tasks, you will oversee the administrative aspect of the Box Office Team, leveraging your organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Join us in shaping unforgettable
experiences and driving the success of Exmouth Pavilion's vibrant entertainment programme.
