We are looking for a part-time Ward Clerk receptionist to join our Maternity Team on the Postnatal Ward (Ward 22) at Wexham Park Hospital.
You will be welcoming the mothers on admission, answering phone queries, ensuring the security of the unit, welcoming visitors and supporting colleagues with administration.
This role involves data entry, reception work, admitting, transferring and discharging patients using a computer, ordering stock, reporting faulty equipment and answering the telephone as well as other general office duties.
Highly vigilant of patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality, the successful candidate will be friendly, have excellent social skills and be warm, polite and helpful at all times.
