We are currently seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Energy Solutions team at our Tamworth depot.As a Team Leader you will lead a team of 8 ensuring daily operations areachieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach.
On a day-to-day basis:
• Take responsibility for all administration tasks across Power & Fuel and dealing with requests for collection/contract termination (off-hires)
• Ensuring all incoming queries are handled in a timely and professional manner, whilst giving full and accurate information
• Working with depot locations to arrange transport for deliveries and collections whilst ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the depot and the Groups sales to a customer are attained
• Assisting with the day to day running of the Energy Solutions team and communication to the depots
• Monitoring SLAs and KPIs in order to facilitate improvements
• Support, coach, and mentor effectively with other colleagues in the Energy Solutions team
• Identify up sell/cross sell opportunities and develop implementation plan
• Organising and storing documents in-line with system processes

• Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
• Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
• High level of integrity with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
