International Operations Coordinator

Contract: 12 months MAT cover, with the possibility of an extension
Salary: £24,000 p/a
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an International Operations Coordinator to join the Global Collective, to support with growth and development across our international markets and segments. You will need to be comfortable reaching out to different departments across the company to ensure that the country and segment managers are supported in launching and continuing to develop their markets.
You’ll be a key player in defining, building and managing Twinkl’s growth internationally. This is a very varied role that involves both proactive strategic planning and reactive work as you pivot and respond to the demands of our growing markets.
We need someone with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in G-suite (especially Google Sheets) and a strong problem solving ability.

A typical week would involve any of the following:

 •  Establishing what the needs are in countries and/or segments, and what potential opportunities there will be to establish processes
 •  Supporting Country / Segment Managers to answer questions, report bugs, and develop products for one or more domains
 •  Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives (including NPS, hiring, translations)
 •  Develop and enhance processes to improve operational efficiency. Continuously analyse workflows and identify areas for optimisation and automation.
 •  Oversee the maintenance and updating of databases to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
 •  Look at the overall user experience of international customers and work with the web and design teams to continuously improve and localise this
 •  Assist countries and segments in executing their roadmap to growth actions
 •  Supporting with the collectives risk management strategies

You'll work with:

 •  Chief Commercial Officer
 •  Head of Phases
 •  International Phase Managers
 •  Country and Segment Managers

 •  Has excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
 •  Is organised and able to work on several projects at the same time
 •  Have sound decision-making skills and diligence in seizing new opportunities.
 •  Be commercially astute and a strategic thinker who is comfortable taking calculated risks and being accountable for successes and failures
 •  G-suite proficiency, particularly Google Sheets with the ability to manipulate data and create advanced workflows
 •  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment

Requirements

Required experience:

 •  Minimum 1 years experience in a Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analyst role, Ideally within a digital / tech / ecom company.
 •  Business related degree or project management certification is a nice to have but not essential.
