Do you have field sales experience within the glass industry?
If so, our client is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover Central England and neighbouring counties.
We are recruiting for one of the leading glass suppliers and processors of glass products in the UK who have over twenty years’ experience in the industry. They specialise in bespoke single and high-end glass processing, single toughened, laminate glass and Insulated Glass Units.
The Sales Manager’s primary role is to positively increase the company market share, developing relationships with its existing customers and targeting new business to ensure the continuity and the growth of sales. You will need exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people at different levels within a business.
The Sales Manager’s role is ‘home based’ and you will be responsible for managing your own diary. Due to the sales region, there may also be occasions when an overnight stay, away from home, will be necessary.
This position needs a fully committed professional salesperson to drive business and secure new customers and sales.
First-hand knowledge of the UK glass industry is essential and ideally you will have pre existing relationships within the industry to enable you to hit the ground running.
