Role Overview: As a Level 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of the students. Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of SEN conditions and strategies for supporting diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
