Job Description
• Lead and manage financial controls and process improvements
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits
• Identify potential areas of financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate these
• Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
• Develop and manage a high-performing finance team
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level
The Successful Applicant
Key Candidate Criteria,
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
