40 - 45 hours per week

Burgess Hill area. Plenty of free parking on site. It is essential to be able to drive and have your own vehicle for this role - due to rural location of the restaurant

Salary: £25000-£30000 - plus very good company benefits. Share of the tips will take the salary to £32000-£37000 per year. Tips are paid weekly.

My client have a freshly made Rosette standard seasonal menu, which is key to their business. It features modern British cuisine that combines the classics alongside more contemporary dishes. They also run specials which change daily.
In addition to this they also cater for large group bookings, weddings, and buffets so there is always plenty of variety.
We are seeking an experienced assistant manager to work closely with the manager to provide the customers with a memorable experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for an energetic and talented character to come on board and stamp their mark on this business. You will be a natural communicator and inspirational to your team, encouraging and developing the very best of them.

You can also be involved in other areas of the business including driving the business forward through creating adverts, bringing positive ideas forward and putting them into practice.
