We have a fantastic opportunity for a Steelwork Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and successful client – a well-established steelwork fabrication company.
You will join a forward-thinking team and work closely with the Technical Director. You can expect a range of steelwork projects including steel framed buildings and architectural/secondary steelwork.

Structural Engineer - Steelwork duties include:
• Producing detailed structural engineering calculations for a range of steelwork and associated connections as required.
• Providing technical advice/guidance to the internal drawing office when necessary.
• Communicating with other team members and project stakeholders as required.
Structural Engineer - Steelwork requirements:
• Must hold a professional Engineering degree.
• Prior experience working as a Structural Engineering on structural/secondary steelwork is essential.
• Prior experience working for a fabricator would be advantageous, but applications are also sought from those with consultancy backgrounds provided steelwork is something you’re familiar with.
• Experience working with design and analysis software.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
