The ideal candidate will have previous experience formulating bids, drafting, negotiating and securing contractual agreements.

Manage the commercial process from bidding through to revision and completion.
Provide risk assessment advice to stakeholders and leadership teams
Creation of robust costings for bids supported by supply chain quotes and internal costings to produce a pricing strategy for approval.
Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions, commercial contracts and associated documents for major business prospects.
Support all trade compliance activities

Competent reviewing and producing complex contractual agreements
