Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Build Coordinator to join a Leading housing Developer in the UK. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the Build Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth project execution through effective construction administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general construction practices, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Asta Powerproject and AutoCAD will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
 •  Collaborate with the Construction Director to coordinate construction activities and schedules.
 •  Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
 •  Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
 •  Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
 •  Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget allocations.
 •  Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
 •  Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and compliance with safety regulations.
 •  Provide administrative support to the construction team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
 •  Act as a liaison between the construction team and external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and community groups.

Requirements:
 •  Previous experience in construction administration or related field.
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
 •  Familiarity with construction scheduling software, such as Asta Powerproject, is preferred.
 •  Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
 •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
 •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 •  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 •  Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
