Here at JOB Consultancy, we are recruiting for a FNOL Handler to work for one of our clients based in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work for a growing company who are progressing year on year. There are some great benefits on offer including:
• Salary between - £24 -26k
• Work from home for 1 day per week (After 6mth probation – Managers discretion)

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Make and receive calls from referred customers who require a replacement vehicle and or repair services following a motor accident
• Work with case management and portal systems, to accurately record, and update client data and in-house systems
• Manage a diary and tasks to take actions promptly and in accordance with company workflow and SLA and with monitoring skill that enables recovery in full
• Respond to all customer queries and understand requirements in a professional, welcoming, and positive manner to provide a customer support service that creates and maintains high-scoring NPS, Trust Pilot or other Feedback
• Handle claims with good technical knowledge and an ability to use common sense and use initiative when gathering evidence or approach problem solving

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment working well under pressure
• Well organised and conscientious with the ability to plan and monitor work tasks
