As the Home Manager, your role will be the heartbeat of everything that happens in the care home. Responsibilities include:
Leading by example and driving continuous improvement daily
Quality initiatives and improvement
Team leadership and management
Recruitment and colleague development
Referral management and occupancy

The ideal person for the Home Manager role should identify with our client's values of fun, integrity, openness, success, and teamwork. Requirements include:
A first-level nursing degree is essential (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
At least of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting
A thorough knowledge of nursing care best practice, sector-specific and employer legislation, and governance frameworks
