The Account Manager will be:
Responsible for the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across multiple portfolios
Direct line management to a team of mobile and static engineers
Responsible for all finances across the accounts, including P&L accountability
Developing client relations, and looking for opportunities to expand the account
Conducting site visits and audits
Point of contact for all H&S across the accounts
Managing small projects, up to £30k in house
The Account Manager will have:
A technical background, whether that be mechanical or electrical
Proven record of account/contract management
IOSH/NEBOSH qualified is preferred
