RECEPTIONIST
Are you looking for part time hours?
Could you be the welcoming face of Dunchurch Surgery?
Dunchurch Surgery is a semi-rural practice, situated in the heart of the village, two miles south of Rugby.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our vibrant and friendly team on a part time basis, working Approximately 23 hours per week with opportunity for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering the phone promptly and dealing with enquiries efficiently
• Checking patients in and making new appointments
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Generating repeat prescription requests
• Informing patients of test results as and when appropriate as instructed by the doctors
• Dealing with hospital referrals
• Dealing with challenging situations
• Filing and extracting patient’s records
• Working as a team with patients, colleagues and doctors
Similar experience would be advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
