We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company based in London. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Repair Manager in the London area.

Flexibility
Responsibilities of a Lift Repair Manager:
Carry out regular site monitoring.
Supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Efficiently plan engineer workloads
Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
Coordinate repair projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key requirements:
NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations
5 years of Lift Industry experience
Management experience
Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either / both Passenger and Goods lifts.
