You will be joining an industry-leading subcontractor based in Coventry. This multi-accredited organisation operates across a multitude of different sectors, working on some of the most complex infrastructure projects in the UK, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
They boast an impressive list of high-profile clients they work in partnership with and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their Coventry office and be responsible for, but not limited to, managing and monitoring projects costs, tracking progress and cash flow forecast information, preparing and submitting interim valuations and payment applications to clients, managing and tracking project changes/variations as well as supporting the operational team in commercial and contractual aspects.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or experience equivalent) and have good working knowledge of NEC form of contracts. In addition, you will also have previous experience working on heavy civils schemes and be computer-literate.
Finally, you will have good interpersonal and organisational skills.

In return, you will receive a salary dependent on your experience plus a package on top (including company car or car allowance (up to £8k/annum), 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays, contributory pension and more) as well as the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects with a leading contractor.
