Salary - £45,000 + Uncapped Commision + Company Vehicle

Cooper Lomaz are working with a market leader in packaging machinery who are looking for two driven individuals to join our expanding team, each focused on a different aspect of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development initiatives worldwide
• Develop, manage, and execute strategic business plans
• Identify and pursue leads, engaging potential customers proactively
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs
• Provide regular sales forecasting and analysis updates
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events
Requirements:
• Proven track record in selling technical equipment, preferably on an international scale
• Experience collaborating with international sales agents
• Strong familiarity with capital equipment and consumables
• Ambitious and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales growth
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to forge meaningful connections and nurture lasting client relationships
• Willingness to travel internationally, with a valid passport
