Aztrum are working alongside an award-winning Managed Service Provider in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire. Our client provides a comprehensive list of IT solutions to firms across the UK & Europe including support, hardware & software solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates should ideally have around 2 years’+ of IT sales experience within an MSP or IT reseller firm.
Duties:
Joining as the newest member of the team, you’ll be expected to undertake a 50/50 split of new business development and retaining existing accounts. This will include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close of business into existing and new accounts.
Other duties may include: attend in-person client meetings when required, working with Pre-Sales teams, maintaining relationships with suppliers & negotiating costs.
Benefits:

Development Managers can earn up to 15% of monthly GP uncapped.
Incentives including paid weekends away when hitting targets.
