Agratas are a joint venture between JLR & Tata to build and deliver the future of EV batteries.

They are looking for people who enjoy problem solving and challenging the norm. JLR & Tata Group story : To accelerate their progress towards achieving a cleaner, greener, and carbon neutral world, they have formed a new Tata Group Synergies team which will focus on leveraging the opportunities and world leading capabilities within energy, technology, communication and software that exist within the Tata Group.
Enabling them to capitalise on these opportunities, they are building a Tata Group Synergies project team to develop our strategic approach to battery supply working across multiple organisations, both inside and outside the group.

Job Description

Project Manager MEP

This role will be part of the capital delivery project management team accountable for implementing the buildings and infrastructure programmes required to support JLR & Tata Group Battery Programme.
 •  Development & Design
 •  Infrastructure Delivery (incl 3rd party works and construction logistics)
 •  Building Delivery
 •  Fit Out Delivery

This would suit a PM who was from large project delivery background used to dealing with high value projects. Agratas although with the financial backing of the group is very much a start up business and with that has the challenges that brings. A flexible approach to work is a must and someone who enjoys that challenge of no two days are the same is key to enjoying this project.Project backgrounds that would lend itself well :

 •  Gigafactory ( Obviously! )
 •  Pharmaceutical
 •  FMCG
 •  Large factory (set / build )
 •  Chemical lant
 •  Laboratory / clean rooms facilities

The Successful Applicant

Specific Role Experience:

 •  Experience of large scale technical projects.
 •  Mechanical or Electrical background strongly desirable.
 •  Manage stakeholders and deliverables associated with large MEP packages.
 •  Challenge technical assumptions to reach the optimum solutions for the project
 •  Ensure deliverables and risk are achieved within the project timescales
 •  Bachelors degree in a relevant field

What's on Offer
 •  Salary: £70-80k
 •  Bonus: 12.5%
 •  Car Allowance: £6,800
 •  Base Location: NAIC, Warwick University (Hybrid)
 •  Pension: 5% matched contribution
