Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on a large construction project based in the heart of Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be joining the principal contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and work alongside the M&E Subcontractor.
• Report to Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Director.
• Support the Commercial Department with monthly project cost reports and progress reports.
• Quantity take-off.
• Preparation of monthly reports
About You:
• Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• NEC Contract experience
Salary Package:
• Negotiable salary base
• 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
