Contract supervisor - East

Location - East of Scotland

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role:

What you'll do:

 •  Weekly communication with the team
 •  Monthly Toolbox Talks
 •  Working closely with engineers to help make the stations compliant & Site inspections
 •  Making sure they are on track to deliver PPMs within the month.
 •  Compile weekly time sheets monitoring productivity.
 •  Help to address any site issues.
 •  Sense checking of reports from engineers
 •  Working with subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
 •  Reviewing RAMS where applicable
 •  Quotes for reactive and remedial works

What you'll need:

 •  Previous experience in a similar role.
 •  NEBOSH/IOSH preferred but not essential.
 •  Training/experience of working within the CDM Regulations
 •  Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
 •  Recognised Project Management experience
 •  Experience of effectively managing resources both direct and indirect
 •  SSSTC preferred but not essential.
 •  Able to prepare work estimates.
 •  Ability to operate effective IT systems.
