About the Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between Financial Planners, internal departments, and relevant providers. Working closely with the team, your responsibilities will include processing a variety of investment applications and executing client trade instructions efficiently.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining client files, ensuring the accurate recording and management of client data on Intelligent Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Process various investment applications and place client trade instructions
Process new business and servicing existing clients
Liaise with Financial Planners, internal departments, providers where necessary
accurately record and maintain client data on Intelligent Office
Additional administrative activity such as daily post, emails, and project work
Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and keeping client records up to date.
Initially working 5 days per week in the Poole office, once established more of a hybrid office/home based approach
