This is why at this service our Specialist Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
