Your New Account Manager / Internal Sales role:

As Account Manager / Internal Sales, you will:

 •  Act as the primary contact for all customer accounts, enhancing the purchasing experience and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
 •  Drive growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within existing accounts.
 •  Represent the voice of the customer within our client’s organisation, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
 •  Advise customers on upcoming product developments and opportunities, based on insightful analysis of customer spends and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM system.

Our client is looking for someone with:

 •  Proven Account Management and Internal Sales experience.
 •  Competence in basic IT, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 •  Exceptional communication, time management, and customer service skills.
 •  A target-driven approach to internal sales, with the professionalism and courtesy to match.
 •  The ability to work under pressure, make confident decisions, and take responsibility for your performance.
