I have a fantastic & unique opportunity for a Personal Assistant to work with a leading contractor on site of a power station in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will play a vital role in assisting the Site Director daily in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities: Manage the site daily correspondence
Organize meetings as requested
Organization of corporate functions and events as requested
Assisting with the organization of accommodation, international and domestic travel arrangements, vehicles, etc.
Active participation in the site management meetings, including taking of and distribution of minute
Ensure the day-to-day operation of the Site office continues in a professional and well organized manner
What you will need: Previous experience and longevity working as a Personal Assistant
Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
Experience assisting Director level
Willingness to work on site full time (Monday to Friday)
Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
