Graduate Scheme – Get paid experience in a school!
Are you a recent or future graduate who is tempted by teaching? Do you require in school experience before applying for your PGCE? Do you want to ‘earn while you learn’?

Smile Education are currently working with a fantastic secondary school based in the Loughborough area who are looking to recruit multiple graduates to start with them as soon as possible. These roles can be offered on a part or full-time basis.
About Smile’s Graduate Academy
Smile Education’s graduate academy is a dedicated programme for graduates seeking their first step on the teaching ladder.
The model is simple, if you hold a recent degree, coupled with the enthusiasm, drive and determination to make a genuine difference, then we will assist you in finding a role in a school local to you!
This is a great opportunity to gain hands on classroom experience and decide if teaching is the career for you!
Roles available include:
One-to-one student support
Teaching Assistant
SEN support
Cover Supervisor
Academic coach
Intervention support
What you will need to apply:
A degree
A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them to succeed.
Right to work in the UK
Ability and willingness to travel to the Loughborough area.
