I am looking for Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools in the Oxfordshire area. - OX4, OX3, OX26 OX10,12, OX15, OX29 OX7, OX33
You must be:
• Resilient
• Passionate about education
• Caring
• Experience working in a school is not essential but it can hold you at an advantage.
• Positive role model
• Positive mindset and attitude
The working hours are Monday to Friday (term time only)
Working hours will be usually between the hours of 08:30 - 3:30pm.
Students with special educational needs can range from social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism, ASD, complex learning needs, ADHD, speech and language.
Due to the nature of the students conditions, you may be required to assist with personal care duties. (Not every school) This can involve:
• Assisting with day to day toileting.
• Changing of nappies
• Changing in/out of swimwear.
• Reminding to wash hands and flush toilet after bathroom time.
You will be helping to make a difference to children's lives on a daily basis. Working in a SEN school is an incredibly reward job, so we encourage anyone who is passionate about helping others to apply.
