As a Project Manager you are responsible for managing project teams, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining client satisfaction, all while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards to drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with directors and clients to thoroughly understand project requirements, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
• Lead projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget, meeting high-quality standards, and adhering to scheduled timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that serve as roadmaps for clients and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives
• Continuously revise and update project plans to accommodate evolving needs and requirements, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changes
• Compile and submit regular project status reports to clients and senior management, providing transparency and accountability
