This is a premium intimate restaurant, and the guest experience is paramount The site has incredible rapport with their guests, lots of regulars, and came second in 2022 for having the best wine list in the UK and next year theyre aiming for 1 st place They company regularly host wine events for industry staff and guests along with frequent training sessions from brand reps for the team.

The Perfect Sommelier:
• Minimum WSET level 2 is essential : ideally WSET level 3
• Sake experience will be a big advantage
• Will come from a premium background

• Currently working in a similar role and eager to show off their skills
• Genuinely enjoys working with others and the general public
• Confident individual who has a sincere passion for the wine world
